Job Title: Admin/Clerical - Administrative Assistant II
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain electronic files
- Perform data entry
- Assist in resolving any travel emergencies
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails
- Arrange travel for mariners to attend training and navigation assessments
- Communicate travel arrangements to the mariners
- Partner with Corporate Travel on travel issues
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree preferred with 2+ - 5 years of experience with travel and timing coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet
- Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
Preferred Skills:
Ability to work with multiple business partners Concur experience strongly preferred
